Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex schedules and high-priority meetings with precision and discretion
Digital Fluency: Leverage tools like Office 365, SharePoint, and Workday to streamline workflows and support digital-first leaders
Event Planning: Own the planning and execution of executive events, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets
Communication & Collaboration: Act as a connector between leaders and teams, building strong relationships across the organization
Travel & Expense Coordination: Manage travel logistics and expense reporting with attention to detail and fiscal responsibility
Strategic Support: Help implement and deploy the annual Strategic Deployment Process (SDP), including executive calendars and key milestones

Qualification
Required
Approximately 10 years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Workday, and SharePoint
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Preferred
