Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office organization
Research and resolve client issues by utilizing company resources and collaborating with internal teams
Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Support leadership with projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Strong written and verbal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or order processing
Experience with CRM systems
