Responsibilities

Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values

Ensure the highest level of guest care, in line with Magnolia’s brand

Greet and escort guests to their table

Present menu and provide information when asked (portions, ingredients, food allergies, etc.)

Relay orders to kitchen by recording guest choices, identifying special dietary needs, and taking note of special requests

Serve orders by running food from kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars

Follow Magnolia’s steps of service to provide exceptional and timely service

Contribute to opening/running/closing side work (brewing coffee/tea, stocking beverage stations, filling water carafes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, etc.)

Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Perform other duties as assigned
