Senior Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

Audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance
Administer base and non-base pay components (overtime, bonuses, commissions)
Calculate gross-to-net pay and manage statutory deductions
Resolve complex payroll and compensation inquiries
Test and implement payroll system enhancements (ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely delivery of payments
Collaborate on special projects and process improvements

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or compensation processing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of compliance, tax codes, and statutory requirements

Preferred

Global and U.S. payroll preferred
Experience with payroll systems (ADP Streamline / Celergo / Payforce / iHCMII, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
FPC , CPP or other Global certifications preferred
