Responsibilities

Curate and organize VOD and LIVE content into daily and weekly linear channel schedules using industry-standard scheduling platforms
Collaborate with content and editorial teams to ensure programming aligns with audience preferences and brand strategy
Maintain accurate programming logs and metadata for all scheduled content
Retrieve viewership, engagement, and performance data from Roku’s analytics tools and third-party platforms
Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy
Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize programming and improve audience retention
Work closely with content acquisition, marketing, and technical operations teams to ensure smooth programming workflows
Share analytics findings with stakeholders to inform decision-making
Assist in special projects related to programming strategy and audience development

Qualification

Content ProgrammingData AnalyticsAnalytics ToolsOTT/CTV PlatformsExcel/Google SheetsOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in content programming, broadcast scheduling, or media analytics
Strong understanding of OTT/CTV platforms, especially Roku
Proficiency with analytics tools (Roku dashboards, Google Analytics, or similar)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
