Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of platform features that support large-scale data ingestion, profiling, and domain-oriented data ownership
Implement layered data architectures to enable scalable, governed, and reusable data pipelines
Convert business objectives into prioritized roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans that accelerate analytics and AI adoption
Drive the implementation of AI-enabled DataOps capabilities such as automated governance, data quality monitoring, and intelligent metadata discovery
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver robust ingestion pipelines and domain-aligned data products
Empower data owners and stewards with tools to manage, curate, and activate their data assets
Collaborate with enterprise data marketplace teams to ensure discoverability and usability of trusted data products
Engage business leaders, data stewards, and technical teams to align on data access, governance, and platform priorities
Facilitate cross-functional delivery of high-value data products while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction
Ensure strong metadata management, lineage visibility, and policy enforcement across enterprise data domains
Partner with data governance leadership to align platform capabilities with regulatory and organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform delivery, product management, or related roles
Proven background working across business, technology, and operational teams in complex environments
Strong expertise in Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and user-centered product development
Experience with modern data platforms and governance tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Alation, or Collibra
