Responsibilities

Accurately process client invoices by following specific client billing guidelines

Perform quality control reviews of all finalized invoices in your portfolio prior to delivery to the client

Ensure timely mailing of invoices for both routine and complex billing arrangements

Support attorney's portfolio by working directly with attorneys and clients

Required

Experience as a Billing Coordinator in a high volume legal or professional service environment is required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional matter when dealing with all levels of legal, management and support staff

Ability to change and adapt to responsibilities and circumstances

Ability to work as a temporary employee (this is a 30-day assignment)
