Responsibilities

Provide vision and direction to the project team; Own project sites/communications

Manage costs & budget reporting

Scheduling and delegation of work

Track & manage risks, issues decisions actions

Identify, engage & communicate to workstream leads/resources

Act as the quality control to keep everything in line with Executive Sponsor/Steering Committees, and Integration Management Office expectations

Bring organization to projects to achieve goals; program/project readiness

Dedicated workstream PM support; single point of communication and accountability

Own integrated KPI reporting/Hypercare leadership summary

Lesson learned reviews and playbook adjustments for future integrations

Ensure successful completion and closure of projects

Develop project plans & timelines; participate in ongoing project planning activities to include schedule development, resource allocation, issue prioritization, risk management, communication planning

Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate timelines and deliverables. Clearly communicates any changes to situation or scope
