Mount-It! is seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage independent rep firms and develop strategic relationships to enhance sales of AV mounting solutions and related products.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth within the assigned region through direct sales efforts and rep firm management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial AV integrators, consultants, distributors, and rep firms

Provide sales leadership, training, and support to assigned manufacturer rep firms to ensure alignment with Mount-It! PRO sales goals and product strategies

Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns, demos, and attend regional trade shows or industry events to increase brand awareness and market penetration

Create and execute regional sales plans and forecasts to meet or exceed targets

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent messaging

Maintain CRM records for account activity, pipeline development, and forecasting
