Mid LevelC&B Custom Modular, Inc. is a leading organization in manufacturing custom modular offices and classrooms. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for commercial modular building projects and supporting dealer bidding efforts.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Researches all necessary special pricing, code compliance, and structural requirements of projects
Provide support to dealer bidding projects
Provides accurate estimates of projects for all customers assigned
Follows up on all outstanding bids and projects
Provides submittals for projects when necessary
Price out all change orders and red-line changes
Provides accurate sales release packages for Engineering
Cultivates and maintains potential clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have Commercial Sales Experience
Must be dependable and a self-starter and able to adapt to constant changes
Knowledge of required varied commercial state and local building codes
Knowledge of required residential state and local building codes
Able to plan strategically with strong attention to detail
Critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills
Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Previous on-the-job training a big plus
