Owns end-to-end production planning, materials, logistics, and fulfillment
Oversees MPS/MRP, inventory control, and supplier strategy
Ensures materials flow smoothly from suppliers → ports → warehouse → production
Manages timelines, budgets, and shifting demand priorities
Leads cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, warehousing, and materials
Strong global exposure and collaboration with international partners
Qualification
Required
8+ years in supply chain, materials, or purchasing (direct materials preferred)
5+ years in production planning within manufacturing
Strong understanding of planning timelines, logistics constraints, and inventory flow
ERP experience required (SAP preferred); strong Excel skills
Proven ability to manage cost, schedules, and competing priorities
Confident leader who can communicate clearly with senior leadership
