Responsibilities
Oversee/assist all business office functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee/assist the BOMs with Medicaid Pending applications
Oversee/assist the BOMs are maintaining accurate financial records, issue receipts, prepare deposits, and reconcile accounts
Ensure timely reimbursement
Oversee/assist the BOMs manage Resident Trust Accounts, including weekly and monthly reconciliations
Oversee/assist the BOMs handle private pay collections and provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
Qualification
Required
SNF experience REQUIRED
Prior experience as a Regional or Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Pending, Private Pay, and third-party billing
Computer proficiency and proven success in collections
Working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles in a healthcare setting
