Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-performing and high-potential agencies, applying segmentation and diagnostics to tailor support and growth strategies
Lead agency appointments, onboarding, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with Mutual of Enumclaw’s production and profitability standards
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance agency capabilities in product knowledge, sales techniques, and system usage
Drive profitable growth by influencing agents to prioritize and promote Mutual of Enumclaw products
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the territory, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating challenges
Implement systematic marketing processes within agencies to attract and retain new business
Identify and negotiate book transfer opportunities to optimize agency portfolios
Serve as a trusted advisor to agency principals and staff, offering insights into operational improvements, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic planning
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer service issues
Maintain deep knowledge of Mutual of Enumclaw’s and competitors’ products, pricing, and market positioning
Maximize Agency Partners' revenue through optimizing agency compensation
Utilize CRM and field analytics to monitor agency performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
Ensure disciplined accountability and follow-through on strategic agency plans
Stay current on product updates, pricing changes, and enterprise priorities to ensure alignment with field execution
Qualification
Required
Advanced relationship management and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in agency diagnostics, sales influence, and strategic advising
Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated resilience, integrity, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and agency styles
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of insurance industry or sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, insurance, or a related field
Proven ability to influence and drive results through third-party relationships
