Responsibilities
Own and develop the core metrics platform, including schemas, storage layouts, and interfaces
Build tools and frameworks that make metric calculations simple and reliable
Ensure stable operation of metric compute and storage systems in production
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and QA teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Python (including async frameworks)
Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, performance tuning)
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and OLAP systems
Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster/Prefect)
Comfortable with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience building backend services
Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S
Preferred
Exposure to C++, object storage formats, and metric testing frameworks
