Responsibilities

Monitor the Tech Support ticket queue and ensure all requests are handled promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions
Document and track issues, resolutions, and work performed in a ticketing system
Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and IT policies
Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues and improve overall IT service delivery
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery and support processes
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
Possess a strong self-starter mentality to go out and find things to improve within IT operations
Complete quality work on time, managing competing priorities and cross-functional projects
Other projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. iPad OS is a plus
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
A self-starter and eager to learn

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
