Sr Manager, Hydro Mod Sales

Otis Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their team in the growth of their hydraulic modernization business. The role involves overseeing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth; pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned branches
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Hydro MOD sales representatives, providing guidance, and training to enhance their performance
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, Operating Territory Managers, and branch leaders to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing key customers; consultants; and be responsible for helping develop new ones
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of sales experience required; elevator modernization sales experience required
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
