Responsibilities
Manage and execute the corporate investment portfolio and FBO (For Benefit Of) customer funds portfolio in line with investment policy, liquidity, and risk parameters
Oversee foreign exchange trading for commercial purposes, including strategies, counterparties, and execution to support global payment products
Monitor global capital markets, interest rate trends, and credit exposures to guide investment decision-making
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and debt covenants for all investment activities
Build and maintain accurate models for forecasting float balances, interest income, and related expenses
Analyze and report on portfolio performance, yield optimization, and the impact of market rate changes
Provide strategic input on net interest income (NII) during annual and quarterly financial planning
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide treasury and FX expertise for new payment product design and launch
Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into implementable product and operational workflows
Introduce automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency across treasury operations, including cash management and FX execution
Manage relationships with investment banks and monitor counterparty exposure
Oversee daily management of corporate and FBO cash balances to ensure liquidity and security
Enhance treasury policies and procedures to strengthen controls and reduce operational risk
Support treasury enablement, banking operations, and ad-hoc reporting as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
7–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or Capital Markets, ideally within FinTech or technology sectors
Proven success in managing large, complex investment portfolios (corporate and FBO/customer funds)
Strong background in interest income forecasting, float analysis, and optimization strategies
Hands-on experience with FX trading and risk management in commercial or customer payment products
Solid understanding of investment compliance, regulatory frameworks, and corporate covenant adherence
Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
MBA, CFA, or CTP certification preferred
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automation or AI-based treasury solutions preferred
