Responsibilities
Support and assist in overseeing each of our office locations’ billing operation
Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and financial document management
Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and files
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial transactions and documentation
Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Communicate regularly with each of our offices to resolve issues within our billing practices
Qualification
Required
Understanding of accounting and financial data management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a team-player mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
