Coordinate appointments with all teams to ensure timely repairs for customers
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
Understand and implement the dealership processes
Become familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Qualification
Required
Customer Service Skills
Experience with multi-line phone systems a plus
Computer Skills
Ability to type without looking at the keyboard
Ability to type at least 35 wpm
