Responsibilities

Assists members and potential members with their inquiries received by phone, chat or e-mail
Answers questions regarding products and services and resolves problems
Identifies and presents to members suitable products to enhance the membership experience and member’s financial well-being
Ensures the appropriate records are maintained in the credit union’s systems and prepare reports as needed
Support departments outside of the department as needed

Required

One year to three years of similar or related experience
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Excellent listening and telephone skills
A higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication
Be punctual to the assigned work schedules including break schedules
Must be available to work Saturdays
