Using a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
Working effectively with other team members
Working with provided work order system
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience in one or more of the building trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to act competently in emergencies
Preferred
Successful trade or vocational school completion preferred, but not essential
