Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and kitchen equipment
Diagnose and fix issues with room furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, and other property elements
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and work orders, resolving issues quickly
Adhere to all safety policies, maintain a safe facility, and ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's exterior
Help with special projects, renovations, and meeting room setups
Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety checks
May be required to handle after-hours emergencies
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to perform various trade tasks (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical)
Strong communication and guest service skills
Physical stamina for demanding tasks
Preferred
Familiarity with hotel maintenance software is a plus
