Responsibilities

Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices
Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss
Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims
Collaborates with repair shops if there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reach an agreement on repairs
Provides inbound call support and maintains Avaya phone availability
Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties
Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process

Required

Under general supervision, the Quick Foto Claims Auto Adjuster is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired
The individual inspects vehicle damage from photos, writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use
Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices
Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss
Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims
Collaborates with repair shops if there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reach an agreement on repairs
Provides inbound call support and maintains Avaya phone availability
Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties
Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process
As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets
All required licenses may have a requirement of being obtained within 60 days of hire
You must maintain all licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal

The Problem Solver – you'll utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using your sharp critical thinking skills
The Recorder – you'll protect the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and you keep a clear record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on
