Assistant Community Manager

Corner Property Management AAMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in day-to-day property operations. The role involves responding to Board inquiries, managing unit owner concerns, and coordinating facility rentals among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on Board inquiries, directing all non-administrative tasks to the manager
Accept calls on behalf of the association, assist with unit owner concerns or maintenance issues, create work orders as needed
Keep Association Board Member Contact Lists and any Association notes and records organized within company software
Issue Work Orders as needed and notify the manager for follow-up
Coordinate clubhouse rental requests and reservations, as well as pool and gym facilities if applicable
Maintain information logs for access gate, remote, key logs, and other information in appropriate location
Cover and assist Community Manager with break, sick, and vacation coverage
Train new and current employees and participate in continuing education for upward mobility
