Required

Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office presence with remote responsibilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred

Experience in the commercial design, interior landscaping, or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
