Responsibilities
Review financial transactions
Reconcile accounts
Ensure records are accurate and up to date
Collaborate with team members across departments
Process invoices and payments
Maintain financial integrity
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support budgeting and expense tracking for various departments
Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of internal controls
Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; able to learn other software programs as necessary
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support budgeting and expense tracking for various departments
Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
2+ years of general accounting work experience preferred
Sage Intacct Accounting Software usage is a plus
