Regional Sales Manager, OEM - National

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a nationwide OEM sales strategy aligned with corporate and product management objectives
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning within the OEM segment
Identify, develop, and grow OEM customer relationships and strategic accounts
Define and execute sales plans to achieve assigned order intake, revenue, and profitability targets
Monitor sales performance against goals using defined action plans and metrics
Prepare technical calculations, pricing, and proposals; support bids, tenders, and RFPs as applicable
Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring responsiveness and consistency in communication
Coordinate with engineering, applications, product management, operations, and logistics to support OEM customer needs
Monitor customer satisfaction and provide actionable feedback to leadership and cross-functional teams
Support new product introductions and customized OEM solutions
Collaborate with the Director of Sales on large, complex, or strategic OEM opportunities
Conduct OEM-focused marketing and customer engagement activities in alignment with company standards
Develop targeted OEM customers into long-term strategic partners
Identify new OEM opportunities across industries and applications
Provide insight and recommendations on packaging and positioning products to expand OEM sales

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related technical discipline
Several years of experience in technical or engineered product sales; pump or OEM-related experience preferred
Experience with long-cycle, project-based sales environments
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product applications
Proven ability to meet or exceed national sales targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Ability to work independently while managing a broad, nationwide territory
Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong desire for success
Willingness to travel approximately 50% nationwide (overnight travel by car and air required)
