Responsibilities
Responsible for applying routine cash receipts to insurance balances receivable
Responsible for all billing and collection activity of receivables for assigned accounts
Balances and allocates agent payments for fundamental accounts
Resolves internal and external customer inquiries and escalates to management as appropriate
Takes necessary steps to reconcile and resolve differences
Assist with special projects to promote efficiency as assigned
Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with demonstrated experience required
1-3 years billing and collection services or equivalent experience preferred
