HOA Pool Technician
Seabreeze Management Company is a full-service property management firm that has been serving communities for over 35 years. The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the community's pool areas, including water quality management and equipment maintenance, under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of pool areas, including water features, pool decks, and surrounding areas
Test water quality and adjust chemicals (chlorine, pH, etc.) to maintain safe swimming conditions
Operate and monitor pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters; troubleshoot and repair issues as necessary
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing pool walls, and cleaning filters
Ensure that safety equipment is in proper working condition and report any repairs or replacements needed
Monitor chemical supplies and equipment inventory, replenishing as needed
Comply with all health and safety standards, as well as local regulations for pool operations
Respond to and resolve pool-related service requests from residents or HOA management
Assist in preparing pools for seasonal openings and closures
Maintain accurate records of water tests, chemical treatments, and maintenance activities
Other assigned duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a pool maintenance technician or similar role
Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment operation
Ability to safely handle chemicals and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with HOA residents and management
High School Diploma or Equivalent helpful
Minimum of one year related job experience
