Human Resources Manager
SoTalent is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of leadership development programs across all divisions. This role is a key member of the HR leadership team and will drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute leadership training strategies for employees at all career stages
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
Manage the design and delivery of technical and soft skills training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Oversee training metrics, compliance, and reporting
Prepare and manage the annual training budget
Supervise seasonal or part-time training staff and support broader HR initiatives
Collaborate on organizational development projects and employee engagement programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
6–8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on training and development
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Expertise in learning program design and delivery
Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and consultative relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, and HRIS systems
Preferred
Relevant certifications and professional memberships preferred
