Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts

Coordinate annual budget preparation and update quarterly forecasts based on performance

Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including deposits, collections, and payment processing

Reconcile monthly sales reports, cash receipts, and affiliate-company payables

Maintain fixed asset schedules, including capitalization and disposals

Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements and internal controls

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
