Director of Sales
Piepeople Consulting Inc. is seeking a Bay Area-based high-impact Director of Sales who will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and managing existing client relationships. The role involves engaging with C-suite level executives and collaborating with various teams to present IT solutions and develop client-specific value propositions.
Responsibilities
Drive aggressive new logo acquisition in industry verticals (such as High Tech, Semiconductor, Retail & CPG, Utilities & Energy, Healthcare and BFSI)
Mine and expand within Piepeople’s’ existing client base
Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Manage full-cycle enterprise sales engagements
Collaborate with marketing, presales and delivery to develop client specific value propositions
Qualification
Required
BS in Business or IT and preferably MBA
10+ years of demonstrated proven experience in selling IT services in the US
Must be well networked with the leaders (CIO/CTO/VP/Director) in IT industry
Must have earned about 50% of the base pay as sales incentive/bonus
Proven success closing net-new deals various industry verticals
Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT and engineering
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 20%
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
