Responsibilities
Drive adoption of the NeuroCatch® Platform through strategic territory development
Leverage both existing and new industry relationships to expand market presence
Educate physicians, attorneys, and clinic owners on advanced brain health diagnostics
Build referral pathways and expand into adjacent markets such as neurology and rehab clinics
Manage commercial growth for NeuroCatch across the U.S. East Coast
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in medical device or neurodiagnostic sales, preferably in neurology, TBI/concussion, or cognitive performance markets
Proven success exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle
Strong clinical acumen—able to confidently speak to concussion/TBI workflows, neurodiagnostic value, and reimbursement pathways
Existing relationships with neurologists, neuropsychologists, concussion clinics, or rehab centers
Experience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and consultative sales frameworks (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDPIC)
Strong pipeline generation skills—proactive, methodical, and creative in outreach
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
A self-starter mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
