MMC Group is seeking a Call Center CSR / Provider Network Contact Center Representative to provide professional assistance to Medicaid providers and clients. The role involves responding to inquiries regarding eligibility, claim status, and general program information while ensuring high standards of customer service and data accuracy.

Responsibilities
Provide unbiased, professional support to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and other program inquiries
Answer inbound calls promptly, courteously, and accurately in a high-volume contact center environment
Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner within the system of record
Assist in problem resolution and escalate issues as appropriate
Transfer callers to other call center units when necessary
Meet and maintain all required individual performance metrics and attendance standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center/call center environment (must be clearly stated on the resume)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy under pressure
Must be dependable and flexible to work any shift between 7 AM - 7 PM
