Providing leadership, direction and administration of activities to ensure accomplishment of the ASC's objectives
Maintaining the ASC budget
Creating and monitoring essential KPIs
Managing business office functions, including billing/coding
Developing and maintaining physician relationships
Ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures related to the ASC
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of administrative ASC or hospital outpatient surgical experience
Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations and regulatory standards for healthcare or surgical facilities (AAAHC, AAASC, JCAHO, OSHA, TDH, and CLIA)
Proven ability to develop solid relationships with physicians
Proven solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Valid Driver's license
Preferred
Master's Degree in Healthcare Management Related
CASC certification
5+ years of administrative ASC or hospital outpatient surgical experience
Experience with ASC Business Office activity; AR, Coding, Insurance verification, collections. Experience with ASC operations guidelines as governed by CMS
