Prioritizing the work of the team to maximize impact and results
Reading out of data results to company executives
Defining KPIs to measure the performance of the team
Identifying opportunities for knowledge improvements across team members and working with them on growth opportunities
Working cross-functionally across the organization to build relationships, share data and drive results
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated drive and desire to improve business performance
Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
Work experience in strategy, engineering, or analytics; high-rigor business analytics background preferred
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years working experience or equivalent experience
