Marketing Coordinator (Renton/Tacoma Area)

Go Auto is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support their Dealership Marketing Manager and a group of high-performing dealerships. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing vendors, and ensuring marketing efforts drive traffic and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing execution for a portfolio of dealerships across digital, traditional, and in-store channels
Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives from planning through go-live
Assist with media execution and coordination across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, radio, OOH, and more
Help manage co-op advertising submissions and track OEM programs, incentives, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with vendors and partners on creative assets, timelines, specs, and deliverables
Maintain dealership websites, ensuring inventory, offers, banners, and messaging are accurate and up to date at all times
Support social media content and advertising execution, ensuring consistent brand presence and timely posting
Assist with online reviews and reputation management, including monitoring, routing issues, and ensuring responses stay timely
Use AI tools to help generate content, draft ad copy, and speed up campaign execution
Pull and organize performance reports and dashboards, helping connect marketing activity to results
Track budgets, invoices, and campaign spend to keep everything organized and on plan
Work with internal teams (digital, design, CRM, analytics) to help deliver coordinated campaigns
Help develop and deploy localized creative, including in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, and digital ads
Keep marketing calendars, project trackers, and timelines organized and current
Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and OEM programs to keep the stores competitive and compliant

Required

1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or project support (automotive, retail, or multi-location is a big plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You're the person who makes sure things actually get done
Comfortable working with digital platforms like Google, Meta, and basic analytics or reporting tools
Familiarity with websites, content updates, and basic campaign workflows
Interest in or experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, image generators, etc.) for content and productivity
Solid communication skills and the ability to work with vendors, stores, and internal teams
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A love of learning, improving systems, and getting better every month

Preferred

Experience in automotive or fast-paced retail is a strong asset, but not required
