Participating in Scrum meetings for development projects

Analyzing business requirements and design test plans

Executing test cases for new or existing systems

Identifying and logging defects

Qualification

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in information technology, business or a related major and sophomore standing or above

Ability to work in NFA's Chicago office full-time (beginning June 2026)

Strong sense of accountability and strategic thinking skills

Enthusiasm for learning

Preferred

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Microsoft DevOps a plus

Experience in finance a plus
