ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking an Interactive Agent to serve members by performing financial transactions and providing information through an Interactive Teller Machine. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, educating members on products and services, and partnering with branches to enhance member experience.

Responsibilities

Provides efficient, professional & friendly service to members through the use of a two-way audio and video screen. Handles deposits, transfers loan payment transactions, and provides information about current balances for all loan and deposit products. Responds to member inquiries about products and services, rates and options. Explains the use of various services and products to access and utilize accounts, including electronic banking, ATM, credit/debit cards, money orders, and cashier checks

Educates and makes recommendations of beneficial products and services to members

Serves as an ITM Ambassador by partnering with branches to greet, educate and assist new ITM members. Actively engages with members in person to share benefits of using the ITM such as extended hours, fast and convenient service. Shares member feedback with management in order to access future opportunities and enhancements
