Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
Work on a mix of matters consisting of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and other real estate related work
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues
Collaborate within a collegial and supportive team environment
Qualification
Required
License in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
4–6 years of relevant litigation experience
Experience in both commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation (or a strong interest and aptitude in real estate matters)
Familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation practice
Willing and able to work primarily in-office, with the option of one remote day per week available after six months (based on performance and firm needs)
