Inside Sales Coordinator
SAGE Brands is a company specializing in lighting solutions, seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to provide quotations and product recommendations, while managing sales orders and projects from entry to fulfillment. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAGE Brands products, capabilities and resources
Prepare customer Quotes and recommend SAGE Brands products when necessary
Maintain strong and supportive relationships with rep agencies, customers and coworkers
Negotiate and cooperate with suppliers to satisfy customer requirements and promote sales growth
Review customer Purchase Orders and prepare Sales Orders for purchasing and fulfillment
Coordinate labeling and packaging with product suppliers according to SAGE Brands requirements and Brand Standards
Collaborate with vendors and SAGE logistics + purchasing team to successfully manage orders through project completion
Handle incoming calls, emails and other means of communication effectively
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years in the lighting industry
Quotations and/or Project Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Managing multiple projects, tasks, and customer expectations
Preferred
NetSuite (or similar ERP system)
Microsoft Office Applications
