Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify and evaluate new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market insights

Support product discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, and analysis of customer feedback

Contribute to the strategic product roadmap by identifying features and enhancements that deliver customer value

Consider upstream and downstream impacts of new features to ensure a cohesive end-to-end product experience

Analyze and track product metrics across the product development lifecycle, including time, cost, and quality measures

Write clear and actionable product requirements, epics, and user stories to support delivery teams

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (technology, operations, design, analytics) to drive successful product outcomes

Required

3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
