Required
New York Property & Casualty license preferred or must be able to pass employer-paid state insurance licensing course and exam
Prior customer service experience of at least two (2) years
High school diploma
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
Focused, productive, and accountable with an attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
Ability to learn and become proficient in customer relationship management software
