Responsibilities
Manage and grow large, national corporate accounts within the swine industry, including major producers and processors
Own strategic account planning and execution to achieve annual volume, margin, and growth targets
Partner cross-functionally with sales, estimating, and leadership teams to deliver customer-specific strategies and results
Act as the 'voice of the customer,' ensuring customer needs and long-term strategies are aligned with internal capabilities
Drive profitable, long-term customer relationships through data-driven decision-making and strategic insight
Analyze margins, forecasts, and performance metrics to support account strategy and business planning
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Travel 5–10 nights as needed depending on time of year, with no weekend travel
Support industry events and trade shows, with show season being the most intensive period
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in Business or equivalent in a related field
3–5 years of experience in agriculture, animal welfare, or related sales roles
