Responsibilities
Manage pricing accuracy, revenue optimization, and operational aspects of payor and PBM accounts
Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, resolve reimbursement discrepancies and prevent future occurrences
Create and maintain contracts, including pricing, membership, renewals, extensions, and cancellations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, compliance, IT) to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Drive process improvement initiatives based on root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including payors and PBMs
Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues, perform UAT testing, and validate enhancements
Proactively monitor trends in reimbursement data and develop solutions to optimize operations
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of demonstrated success in analysis, reporting, forecasting, actuary, and modelling
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Healthcare Management or related field
Preferred
MBA or MHA
3 years of pharmaceutical experience in rebate processing, Managed Care, formulary validation or Operations
Experience in healthcare industry with proven track record in Contracts and Pricing
Experience in analyzing very large and complex data sets
Process improvement experience
Experience with Model N/Revitas, SAP, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
