Responsibilities
Design and develop classroom, virtual, and eLearning training materials for adult learners
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions statewide
Develop facilitator guides, scripts, simulations, and interactive course materials
Collaborate with training leadership, SMEs, application teams, and technical staff
Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement of training materials
Evaluate learner progress and recommend curriculum enhancements
Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training logistics as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in curriculum design and adult learning development
3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led and/or virtual training
Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Visio)
Experience with LMS platforms and web technologies (HTML, XML)
Strong business analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Medicaid programs
Knowledge of social services or public-sector systems
Experience developing interactive and simulation-based training content
Strong understanding of internet concepts and basic application support
