Stefanini Group is hiring for the position of Enterprise Architecture Coordinator. This role involves supporting the Enterprise Architecture function by assisting with task tracking, data organization, and cross-functional collaboration within IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Assist with tracking and resolving outstanding EA tasks, including architecture reviews, approvals, and coordination with BRMs and technical teams

Support EA-related initiatives such as IT project requests and Architecture Review Board (ARB) preparation

Organize and maintain EA data repositories, including architecture documentation, process maps, and decision records

Catalog and maintain a structured inventory of EA processes, including ownership assignments and prioritization schedules

Coordinate updates and version control for EA documentation and process artifacts

Publish EA deliverables, frameworks, and updates to intranet sites and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)

Assist in preparing presentations and communications for EA summits, stakeholder meetings, and internal forums

Partner with IT, security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment on architecture decisions and tool adoption

Facilitate coordination across EA sub-functions such as data architecture, integration, and governance

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Need a coordinator to help move things along and keep track of tasks

3+ years of experience in IT coordination, enterprise architecture support, or technical project management

Familiarity with architecture governance processes, software onboarding workflows, and IT compliance standards

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry

Understanding of architecture review boards (ARB), technology onboarding processes, and software lifecycle management

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
