Account Manager (Sales) - Entry Level
Velociti Services is building a team of local Account Managers who are passionate about people and eager to grow. As a Local Account Manager, you will be the face of the company in your city, responsible for building relationships with business owners and facility leaders while managing your own territory.

Responsibilities
Build and grow your own local territory through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
Meet in-person with new prospects every week to understand their facility needs
Build relationships through lunches, dinners, ball games, golf, and other creative events
Partner with our Regional Operations team to create service proposals and pricing
Sell both recurring facility contracts and quick “one-time jobs” (pressure washing, floor care, etc.)
Track your calls, meetings, and proposals in HubSpot CRM
Represent Velociti’s Service Standards in every client interaction
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)
A self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and people skills
Someone who thrives on meeting new people and building trust face-to-face
Excellent communicator – confident, coachable, and ready to learn
Organized and accountable (you'll manage your own pipeline and schedule)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sites
