Responsibilities

Be responsible for managing Technology Small Commercial and Middle Market commercial lines underwriting and sales functions across a large territory and across multiple states and zones
Develop and implement strategies based on near and long-term priorities, current trends, and underwriting results
Hold a significant level of underwriting authority and expertise
Drive team performance to achieve profit and growth through talent management and development, portfolio management, achievement of new business targets, and consistent use and optimization of best practices and tools

Required

7-10 years of commercial lines underwriting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Technology accounts
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success directly managing others
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of decision-makers
Change Leadership and strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with agility and adaptability
