Responsibilities

Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in underwriting exit assumptions, crafting equity theses, and preparing companies for public market exits

Develop timely insight into current equity markets and sector trends

Support senior-level team in driving execution for equity-related transactions throughout the lifecycle of the investment (including the execution of IPOs and secondary sales)

Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses

Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects

Build and maintain databases relevant to the business

Qualification

Required

1 - 2 years of analyst experience at an investment bank within equity capital markets, private capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, or an industry vertical

Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player

Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Excellent written, oral communication, and reasoning skills

Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines

Interest in equity markets with an understanding of macro trends and market environment
